What do you mean by not being able to purchase Playboy?
I suspect Sam is simply pointing out that Playboy is vigorously enforcing copyright on images that have been out of print for 20 years. Those old issues of Playboy are no longer obtainable through retail stores, thus they’re no longer purchaseable.
