I also recommend ANYTHING by Guy Kawasaki. He is the first Mac Evangelist and his writing is informative, thought provoking and entertaining. An excellent resource for anyone trying to sell their product, no matter what the market.
Seconded on Kawasaki. Rules for Revolutionaries completely changed my thinking about marketing, and predated the ground-up blogcentric marketing associated with so-called “Web 2.0″ companies by a decade.

The sex figures are interesting, but they’ve omitted the average length of the oral cavity proper, at 3 – 3.5 inches. Most pornsters say it’s about an afternoon’s work to teach. Positioning is key because, as you point out, the mouth’s not large enough and the penis has to enter the throat. I’m told the gag reflex is way milder when it’s not being triggered by something actually hitting that valve.

I don’t know about that, believe me I’ve tried (lol) many many many times by trying different positions, by telling myself not to gag even, and geez I popped my cherry at 17, now 34 (and many suitors in between this time) and yeah…
